Equipment Introduction

FTQF Model equipment adopts a gravure roller transfer coating method for gluing, with uniform and stable gluing amount, and comfortable product feel. The precise gravure roller can customize different adhesive patterns according to customer requirements. The equipment adopts a fully servo motor to control automatic tension, which is efficient and stable. This device is used for adult diaper bottom film laminated bottom film, baby diaper bottom film, medical and laboratory protective clothing lamination film, etc.

Hot melt adhesive is usually a solid at room temperature. When heated to a certain degree, it melts into a liquid. Once cooled below the melting point, it quickly becomes a solid again. Ordinary hot melt adhesive is a reversible adhesive that can be further heated and used after heating, coating, and bonding.Hot melt adhesive is a 100% solidsubstance without solvents, which can be roller coated under heating, has the characteristics of environmental protection, safety, energy saving, low production cost, hygiene, and good performance. With high-cost performance.

Different Coating Methods of the Hot Melt Laminating Machine
  1. Gravure Roller Transfer Coating:

Using a gravure roller for adhesive coating, the coating is uniform, but the amount of coating is difficult to adjust. The coating amount is mainly related to the depth of the groove on the roller and the viscosity of the adhesive. The deeper the groove of the roller, the more adhesive is transferred from the groove to the substrate; On the contrary, the shallower the groove on the roller, the less adhesive transferred to the substrate.

  1. Slot Die Coating:

The coating equipment using this coating method mainly heats and melts the solid adhesive, and then uses a hydraulic device to directly spray the adhesive onto the substrate through the coating slot die. This coating method can use 100% solid adhesive without the need for diluents, and is environmentally friendly. It is a green and environmentally friendly coating method that is increasingly favored by more and more users.
