This machine is a special line for non-woven fabric or lamination fabric. The whole machine adopts the German Siemens PLC industrial control system, the main drive is the Siemens motor, and the performance is stable and reliable. Unwinding automatic tension control, equipped with Japan Fujikura ultra-low friction cylinder and precision pressure regulating valve to ensure tension accuracy. The winding is equipped with a slip shaft winding method, which can limit the slippage caused by the uneven thickness of the material. The machine is equipped with a remote function module, and the engineer does not need to go to the site, and can perform remote system maintenance in the WIFI state.
