1)Our PE cast film extrusion line can be divided into: 1000mm-4200mm,can be customized. According to the film width, and can be divided into three layers, five layers, and seven layers according to the configuration of the extruder.
2) The PE cast film line is mainly combined of five parts: extrusion part, casting part, corona part, winding part and electric control part. Among them, the die part and the extrusion part can be freely combined according to customer requirements, so as to meet the different needs of our customers (market) to the greatest extent.
3) The line speed of our cast film line has reached the level of 300m/min. The runner design of the roller has better cooling effect, more stable product quality and higher output.
